Our Hiring Process

• OfferZen Talent Partner will reach out to relevant candidates who meet the requirements for individual roles (through an interview request)
• Candidates can review the OfferZen position which would include all relevant information for the role, and allow you to make a judgment on whether this is the right role for you
• The interview request will include a link, for the fitting candidate to apply on Project Y's open position
• If you're interested in applying for the position, then you need to do 2 things:

1. Accept the interview request on OfferZen
2. Click through to the link and put your information on the Project Y page to confirm your application for the specific position
