What we do

PROFIDA is a high sophisticated SaaS insurance policy administration system which is used in the Life, Medical, Short-Term and Specialist Insurance Industry since 2000.

Its main application lies in policy, claim and collection administration, underwriting, financial accounting and reporting, money collections & payments, management information, workflow and document management as well as database segmentation with integrated mail-merge and SMS functionalities. PROFIDA integrates with many 3rd party systems via a variety of web services and SFTP.

PROFIDA is based on the Spring Framework version 5, JSPs and Thymeleaf as frontend technology. It consists of over 500k lines of code and uses over 200 libraries.
