We provide development in PHP, Mobile (Android, iOS, Blackberry, Windows) and Java based languages depending on client requirements to not only deliver on client requirements but also to take it to the next level.

Our Engineering Processes

This will depend highly on client needs and time frames but we mainly do Rapid application development (RAD) which allows for breaking the project down in smaller parts which allow for improved risk management as well as client participation. Mature projects normally go into a Agile development process allow for continues improvement and additions on a iterative process.

Our Hiring Process

We normally have a 4 step process where by prospective new employees

1. Review CV and confirm that they meet minimum requirements and or show potential
2. Initial review attended by senior developer to ascertain skill level
3. Some small practical tests
4. If successful in the first 3 steps a final review of all candidates interviewed is done and last meeting arranged with management if not yet done in step 2.
