property sellers, estate agents, banks, developers and landlords to connect with buyers and
renters. Catering to approximately 1.5 million monthly visitors, it has 400 000 listed properties in
4000 suburbs across South Africa, as well as international listings.

Our hiring process is simple and uncomplicated. Basically all potential candidates are requested to come in for a screening discussion which lasts 30 minutes. The idea being that both the company and individual are offered the opportunity to asses compatibility and if they'd like to continue the process. It's kind of like test driving a car before buying it. Once complete, a short list is drafted and interviewed. Successful candidates are also asked to complete a job suitability test. Credit checks and all the normal stuff is also conducted.
