We’re excited to be building out a tech hub in our Cape Town office, located at The Oval in Claremont.

Interview Process:

1. Initial Screening: Meet with our Head of Recruitment for an overview of the role and the team.
2. Technical Assessment: Complete a questionnaire that serves as a technical evaluation.
   
3. Senior Team Interview: Engage with a senior team member who will ask technical questions and assess cultural
   fit.
   
4. CTO Meeting: Participate in a deeper technical dive with our CTO.
   
5. References and Checks: If all goes well, we will request two references and perform MIE checks.
6. Offer extended.
