Prescient Life is a registered long-term insurer and an approved retirement benefits administrator. Prescient Life issues investment-linked policies to institutional and retail clients and administer the Prescient Retirement Funds.
Both teams focus on servicing thousands of users. Providing tools that allow investors and brokers to choose the best investment options, invest easily, and see daily performance and holdings across their entire portfolio.

Getting On Board
Knowledge of the financial industry is not a requirement but helps you get running quickly. It is an important part of the training, and through working here you will learn about managing your own wealth and future.
Our design processes are ever-developing. Industry best practice is the goal, and we want to be regarded as leaders in how to do things right, how to do them well, and how to know that what we do will stand the test of the big wide world of users.
Each team's interview process can vary based on your background and experience, but would typically follow:
A quick informal chat or call with the team lead, this will be followed by a technical interview or skills test with a senior developer or consultant and the team lead and final interview and fit check with the rest of the development team, the team leads and potentially senior management.
A set of take home problems and 2-3 rounds of interviews with the rest of the development team, the team leads and potentially senior management.
