PrediqAI builds advanced data and AI solutions for insurance companies, working across areas such as pet, motor, specialty and construction insurance – to name a few. We develop data platforms that are robust, scalable, and highly optimised, forming the foundation for AI-driven applications. In addition, we develop machine learning-driven smart pricing engines, quoting tools, AI agents and GenAI applications. In essence, we help insurers make better, faster, and smarter decisions.

Our Engineering Processes
Our engineering process is designed around collaboration, autonomy, and quality. We work in small, cross-functional teams that own solutions end-to-end — from design discussions to deployment and monitoring.
Our stack leans modern and practical: Python, SQL, dbt, Spark/Databricks, and cloud-native storage and orchestration. We use CI/CD, version-controlled transformations, and strong observability so we can deploy confidently and debug fast.

Our Hiring Process
- Introductory Chat (30 mins): We start with a casual conversation to get to know you, learn about your experience, and see if there’s a mutual fit. It's a two-way discussion, not an interrogation.
- Technical Interview (1 hour): A friendly, hands-on session where we explore your skills and experience. Don’t worry it’s not scary, just an opportunity to see how you approach problems.
- Bar Raiser (30 mins): A discussion focused on how we work and our culture of excellence. This is your chance to see how we collaborate and raise the bar, and for us to understand how you would fit in.
