PlusHeat is a UK based home heating service company. We look after thousands of homes across the country, providing boiler servicing, breakdown cover, repairs and installations. We are growing fast. We run a contact centre in South Africa, and a network of engineers across the UK.

Over the next two years we are transitioning into an AI enabled business with a customer facing mobile app, an AI chatbot across Web, WhatsApp & App. We have two developers, but you will be our first AI engineer who will lead and set the AI standard for PlusHeat. We use Zoho a cloud-based business software platform. We use a custom‑built job management system developed on Zoho Creator.
