Our Engineering Processes

Projects are discussed collaboratively and split into small, manageable and well defined chunks with realistic deadlines. Developers have relative autonomy but they are encouraged to ask questions and ensure that code is clean, organised and well documented.

Our Hiring Process

We have a 3 step hiring process. Firstly we ask for an online assessment of your PHP, Javascript and MySQL skills followed by an interview. After that we give a small, take-home, assessment linking to our SOAP API to judge your coding style.
