Placement Partner is an online database solution to help recruiters manage their vacancies, applications, respondents and crm. We are market leaders in our field and were early adopters of the power of the net - ours was among the first cloud-based software products in South Africa. Our product has been online for 12 years!

Our Engineering Processes

Projects are discussed collaboratively and split into small, manageable and well defined chunks with realistic deadlines. Developers have relative autonomy but they are encouraged to ask questions and ensure that code is clean, organised and well documented.

Our Hiring Process

We have a 3 step hiring process. Firstly we ask for an online assessment of your PHP, Javascript and MySQL skills followed by an interview. After that we give a small, take-home, assessment linking to our SOAP API to judge your coding style.
