The environment in the office is one which you should be able to feel comfortable. You can wear what you want and should be able to feel comfortable enough to speak your mind. We make changes to the office according to each individual and try to style it in a way that allows everyone to enjoy the workplace rather than dreading coming to work every day.
Our Dev team work in an agile and collaborative environment. Our processes, from roadmap, involves weekly stand up sessions, iteration sessions, code review, QA and production. The fast-paced environment is both exciting and rewarding as you not only get a lot done but can see the effect that it has on the business very quickly.
The hiring process will take around two weeks. The initial interview will be with HR and promising prospects will see you coming back and meeting with our CEO, HR and Dev team for the final interview.
