Summary
Performance Marketing is a digital marketing agency on a mission to make a dent in the ROI universe. By exploring business opportunities differently, we capitalise on gaps quickly to disrupt markets in all kinds of industries, solving problems digitally and winning customers for life.
We're a smallish team that's growing quickly, with well-established revenue streams developed over the last 7 years. But things are getting real in 2017, with the launch of two new products that have unlimited earning potential in markets around the globe.
What this means is that we all get to see, touch and influence all parts of the business. From digital marketing and campaign management to branding, product design, UI, UX, development and the commercials that drive it all forward. While each of us is responsible for our area of expertise, we operate on a completely flat structure, with total transparency and collaboration, where everybody comes up with loads of silly questions and tons of great ideas.
Yes we have a ping pong table. And yes, people park their bikes on the wall. But our culture's really about working hard, celebrating our achievements, giving credit where its due, respecting what we all bring to the table, and building our future as one team, with one goal: to generate incredible results and have loads of fun doing it. And loads of cake, for some reason.
Our sites and products have been built around PHP and Wordpress, but they've been built on a project by project basis with external dev partners. What we're looking to do now is bring dev in-house and into our meetings, thinking, planning and analysis. This is the perfect time for our new developer to properly map out the infrastructure, platforms and processes we need to optimize for the present and scale flawlessly into the future. Front-end coding goodness is taken care of by our design team, but you'll be in charge of everything back-end. So although you'll enjoy being able to lead this area of the team, it also means that you'll be the one responsible for the full A-Z involved, from long-term strategy and roadmaps to executing day-to-day tasks and tickets.
We like to hire quite quickly because we always have loads of work to get started on. So we usually go from first interview to an offer within two weeks. In this case, we'll have a first round of interviews with the leader of the business (that's me, Jason - hello!), before a technical conversation with our dev partners to gain a deeper understanding of your approach to code, and a discussion around your contribution to some of the projects you've worked on before.
That's us. Now, how about we meet up and see if we're right for each other?
