Our Engineering Processes

We have a long-term product development roadmap ahead that we are addressing according to Business/Opportunity Need on a MVP (minimum viable product) basis and continuous deployment (with backwards compatibility where possible). We incorporate technology modernisation into this plan wherever possible. Once the MVP is defined we adopt an agile approach to development.

Our Hiring Process

We look for deep technical skills and this will be the first consideration but cultural fit is even more important so we will get to know you and you us, through meeting several of the team members (remotely or face-to-face). Depending on the role and seniority we will ask you take some assessments (both competence and inter-personal skills). Everyone will be required to allow the following checks:
