The business has always had a strong ethos of having powerful, flexible software that enables the business to deliver on its promise of awesome service for our clients and industry leading rating and underwriting practices.

We work in the latest web and mobile technologies and have challenging problems that need solving across all of our business. We aim to make use of the best tools and processes to help us:

We work agilely in small, focussed teams. Some of the tooling we use includes : .Net, Angular JS, Xamarin, Octopus Deploy, Git, Jira.
We definitely view our processes as works in progress and want people to help us take them to places we can’t imagine yet.
Our Hiring Process
We try to make sure that the people we get to join our team are the best possible fit for what we’re trying to achieve. That means that you’ll be amazing at your work, a life-long learner and someone that people love to work with.
To figure this out, we’ll ask you to complete a brief coding exercise at home, meet with us (in person or virtually) for an informal chat to talk about what makes you tick, and then work with some of our developers on an in person technical interview.
