Currently each projects is handled in isolation. With growth we will need detailed processes. This is where your experience will come into play.

Our Hiring Process

Our process is very simple. Once we have viewed your CV and believe you have the experience for the position, we would invite you to an interview either at our office in Durbanville or via a SKYPE call - depending on where you live. Once you and the business have a better understanding of the job description and can imaging working with one another, we would send you a task, depending on the position available. We would then call your references and should those be positive - we would send you an offer letter.
