Our Interview Process

Usually we will have two interviews, preferably in person, but Skype will do when necessary.

The first interview will be a mixture of getting to know each other, and some technical questions to understand what you know and are interested in. If this goes well we will provide you with a work related task and invite you back for a second interview where you will present your solution to us. The task is designed to give you a chance to get a feel for the work you would do with us, and it gives us a chance to evaluate your problem solving skills.
