What we do

Our main focus is to optimise agricultural operations across the value-chain. We using digital cloud-based technologies including IoT, data analytics and machine learning to help farmers improve efficiency, reduce risk and maximise yield.

Our Hiring Process

Step 1: Identify candidates who may be a good fit.

Step 2: Interview(s)

Have a friendly conversation to understand what motivates you, introduce you to our business and understand how our objectives align. We will get a better understanding of your qualifications, experience levels, knowledge and identify whether there is a culture fit. We will provide with insights into Omniolytics and the role. For the initial interview, we will engage using online communications (Skype/Zoom/Hangouts). Subsequently, we prefer meeting in person (Covid-19 permitting, of course).

Step 3: Code Review

Delve deeper into your coding experience, evaluating your programmer portfolio, GitHub profile, programming assessments and presence on online communities.

Step 3: Application Review

We will evaluate your application internally with relevant stakeholders. Once we have identified the best suited candidate, we will arrange a call to discuss the job offer, followed by a letter of intent for employment which provides the key terms of employment.

Step 4: Background Check

We will verify information provided to us, including your education and employment credentials, and reference checks.

Step 5: Employment Offer

If all checks out and you're happy with the proposed offer, we will offer you an employment contract.
