We write custom software and apps for clients, as well as our product line of proprietary tools for other developers and our subsidiary companies and start-ups.

We're good at what we do and we know what we don't do and aren't good at. We're not a generalist company and go out of our way to differentiate our offerings from Digital Agencies. We're technical. We're proud of it and we like expertise. We don't like the 'jack of all trades' approach to software development.

We are a very hard working company that values ethics and integrity. If you're looking for a #workfamily with a dart board and foosball table, that's not us. If you want to grow your career and be proud of the work you do, that's us.

We're very invested in the Microsoft Stack from a DevOps perspective and use Azure Dev Ops with GIT for all our work with fully automated CI and CD processes. It's legit. If you know what those things are, you will be impressed.
We're open to a wide variety of technologies in our stack and always looking for more efficient, innovative and fun ways of getting the job done.

Typically we follow an Agile process for client work and a hybrid process for internal product development.
Azure is a big part of our daily lives.

We like to set up 2 interviews, the first of which is just a 'getting to you know you session' and to assess cultural fit and ask each other questions. The 2nd is typically a more serious test where the relevant skills are assessed.
