About Ninjas for Hire

We're a small end to end web development studio, based in the creative heart of Woodstock, Cape Town. Working for a number of larger digital agencies as an overflow development partner, as well as a number of direct clients as a preferred digital supplier, we get exposure to some of the most exciting brands playing in the digital space.

Sometimes we're just developers, putting out site from designs for clients, sometimes we're UX and strategy specialists, as well as creative directors doing the whole project ourselves.

At all times delivering the highest quality solution to our clients, in ninja-esque timeframes. We believe in simplicity and finding the best way to do things without reinventing the wheel.

Our culture is relaxed and informal, with flexi time and work from home options on the table once we can see you're good for it. So long as work is getting done on time, we're a happy bunch.

The in-office pool table helps break the working day, as does a craft beer and burger bar downstairs, visited twice a month for prosperity lunches.

Our interview process has the following stages:
- Face to Face discussion (Skype if not possible)
- Code Assessment
- Yay! or Nay :(
