What we do

Neupart is a Danish company that provides Information Security Management System, Secure ISMS, allowing organisations to automate IT Governance, Risk and Compliance management. Our system helps clients manage business risk and continuous compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and GDPR. More than 250 organisations worldwide are Neupart customers, including governments, utilities, banks and insurance firms, IT Service providers and lotteries.

Why Work For Us

We are a Danish company and work with developers remotely. We do not require you to be in the office or even in a major city, "just in case". You could work from the Karoo; as long as you have internet, we don't mind.

Some of our team members work from Ukraine, Armenia, and Nigeria.

Occasionally we may request travel to Copenhagen, Denmark. Tack on a few extra days and you've got a subsidized overseas holiday!

Our Culture

As the dev team is working remotely, we value self-direction and good written communication. We trust you to apply your experience and do the job appropriately.

Our Engineering Processes

Our engineering process is fairly light and simple. The work is tracked on Jira. Work is submitted as pull requests, which are merged after code review.

When something is merged it is automatically deployed to the test server. Our QA will review the changes manually for each ticket.

We have a suite of automated integration tests using Selenium that is run periodically.

Our Hiring Process

There will be 1-2 rounds of interviews, a technical assessment, and a talent assessment.

The technical assessment is a live coding exercise:

• you will be told ahead of time what you'll be coding
• you can choose your tools and libraries
• you can use any other resources you want
• the goal is not to "get it right" or even to finish the exercise
• the goal is to have a conversation about the choices you're making

In total the process will not take longer than two weeks.
