Our Hiring Process

We understand your time is valuable, so we've streamlined our hiring process into two stages:

• Initial Interview: A 20-minute interview conducted via Teams to assess your skills and cultural fit. We will also discuss salary and address any preliminary concerns.
• Technical Assessment: If the first interview goes well, you will be invited to a second stage involving a short coding and database test lasting around 60 minutes. This test is designed to evaluate how you tackle challenges rather than the final outcome.

Work Flexibility

We value flexibility and offer a mostly remote working environment with occasional in-office days:

• Cape Town: 1 day per week in the office.
• Johannesburg: 2 days per week in the office.
