Our Hiring Process

Interview by invitation:

1. Individuals are selected through evaluation of their advertised capabilities and experience, their references and their recommendations.
2. Invitees will have the opportunity to decide whether they accept the invitation and will have a period in which to complete the Netelek CV Online Survey and upload requested documentation.
3. Face to face interview to be conducted by a Netelek representative at our head office (5 Zeederberg Square, Hoog en Droog, Paarl). A technical challenge might be presented to test the candidate’s abilities.

Applicants without invitation:

1. Applicants without invitation are welcome to submit a request for interview. We respect those who say they want to be part of the team.
2. Applicants without invitation must complete the online Netelek Request for Interview form - first.
3. All applicants will receive confirmation of receipt of their application. Only successful applicants will receive an interview invitation.
