Practically: MySmartFarm is a data management and services company that helps farmers, who are frustrated with the collection and interpretation of information from multiple sources. We automatically collect all kinds of data and aggregate it in order to present usable information for each field on an easy to use mobile dashboard.

We want you to understand that we are serious about your position in our young and small team and really want to make sure you fit well to us, so that also you can feel confident at your new workplace. As part of our employment process, you will be receiving:

1. a short call from the ex-lead developer of Shazaam to check your Java ability
2. an online habits + skill assessment (~40+20min)
3. an email to assist with your reference checking, which is very important to us

When you look like a good fit we proceed into a last matching phase. This includes:

1. an online personality survey (~30min) and after that
2. you come through for an hour interview alongside a one-hour practical assessment
