We were in business even before dial-up and 8 bit. We’re proud of our strong 50+ year history in the real estate industry, and of our Cleveland roots. In 1971, Management Reports Incorporated was founded in Cleveland, Ohio by Fred and Sid Goodman. Sure, technology has changed since then, but our values haven’t changed a bit.

A pioneer of the real estate software industry, MRI develops lasting client relationships based on nearly five decades of expertise and insight. Through leading solutions and a rich partner ecosystem, MRI liberates real estate companies to elevate their business and gain a competitive edge.

Our Hiring Process

First and foremost we're looking for someone who will fit into our culture and team orientated approach. We typically follow a three step interview process.

  • The first step will be speaking with one of the members of our talent team to determine if this is the right fit for you and to tell you more about our company and opportunities.
  • The second step will be completing an assessment to determine best fit.
  • The final step is an interview (in person or virtually) were you meet with the managers to continue to determine fit and to dive into your technical skills.
