We were in business even before dial-up and 8 bit. We’re proud of our strong 45+ year history in the real estate industry, and of our Cleveland roots. In 1971, Management Reports Incorporated was founded in Cleveland, Ohio by Fred and Sid Goodman. Sure, technology has changed since then, but our values haven’t changed a bit.

Our Hiring Process

First and foremost we're looking for someone who will fit into our culture and team orientated approach. We typically follow a two step interview process. The first step will be speaking with one of the members of our talent team to determine if this is the right fit for you and to tell you more about our company and opportunists. Following this there is an in-person interview were you meet with the managers in-person to continue to determine fit and to dive into your technical skills.
