Who We Are

Motornostix (Pty) Ltd is a South African technology company established in 2000 that specialises in remote online condition monitoring of critical industrial machinery using our own locally developed hardware and software. We collect machine health and process data continuously or periodically from different types of sensors and sources, subject it to edge processing, upload it to our datacentre, perform event processing and feature extraction, and store it for optimal retrieval. Our analysis and presentation software provides tools to interpret the trends and spectra and to identify possible fault modes that have triggered alerts. We also have unique software products for communicating and reporting, and for managing the work flow of our condition monitoring analysts who respond to alerts and perform data inspections on our clients' machines.

Our development team, located in Diep River, Cape Town is continuously improving our solutions and ensuring that they are relevant and competitive in the changing world of industrial internet of things, and exploring areas where machine learning and AI can add further value to our offering.

Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is based on an initial telephonic interview with a standard list of questions, after which shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview in person with our product manager and the director responsible for IT and software development.
