At Monkey Taps, we strongly believe in the power of a positive mindset and the value it brings to our lives. That is why we have developed simple, user-friendly apps to provide people from around the world with daily positive messages and inspiration to embrace a growth mindset.

We take ownership of what we do and we are accountable for our results. We owe our rapid growth with such a small, core team to knowing what we're doing and caring about what we do. Just as we take responsibility for the care that goes into our products and user experience, every team member takes responsibility for their performance.

We are looking to continue to grow our company at a pace where we can ensure that we do not deviate from our values. We are not backed by any VC that is pushing us to scale faster and we try to avoid creating overwhelming processes or complicated reportings.

Our interview process has the following stages:

The First Step will be a cultural interview with Rocio, the recruitment manager

The Second Step is an hour-long technical assessment which you will have 3 - 4 days to complete

The Third Step is an interview with the relevant hiring manager and a team member. In this interview, your assessment will be reviewed and you will be asked some code-based questions.

The Final Step will be an interview with the CEO. You can expect some technical questions, as well as some general questions to get to understand how you think and face challenges.
