Our Engineering Process

Mobenzi employs a lightweight agile methodology centered around short sprints and easily consumable technical protocol documents. We encourage a high level of day-to-day knowledge sharing, occasional deep dives of pair-programming and weekly developer meetings to discuss tricky problems, new releases, longer term work pipelines and best practices. Our dedicated QA and support teams are also always on hand to provide assistance and to catch anything that may slip through the cracks.

Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process only entails two steps: (1) a 30 minute cognitive ability assessment at our offices (also a good opportunity to have a peak at our working environment); and then (2) a face-to-face interview with our Technical Director.
