Our Hiring Process
Our hiring process follows the following steps:
- Meet and greet interview with the candidate where we have an informal chat to learn more about each other.
- The second step is of a technical nature where we conduct a technical assessment of your skills and abilities facilitated by the hiring manager. This could take the form of questions, code exercises and problem solving challenges.
- The 3rd step is a culture test where you will meet with a sample of our staff who will have an informal conversation with you to assess whether you will be a benefit to our culture.
- The last step is an interview with our CEO.
