Where we come from
Founded over twenty-five years ago, Mineware has grown into a dynamic company providing mine management software to the Southern African region, and now expanding internationally. Clients include a roster of companies in the gold and platinum industries, both locally and in Africa as a whole.
What we do
We predominantly cater for solutions to the global mining industry, with the eye on spreading to at least two other industries in the next 5 years.

Our Engineering Processes
We are in the process of moving our tech stack to be more web driven, from a historically desktop based environment. Our process is from solution concept all the way to training, implementation and maintenance, and everything in between. Our team consists of Account managers, Implementation specialists, Service delivery teams , PM's, BA's and developers.
Our Hiring Process
We have a brief interaction after making initial contact, followed by a 2 hour online assessment of your skills at a time that suits you, following that we have a 30min- 1 hour interview discussion with the Managing director and/or the Technical head.
