On its establishment in 1997, Milpark Education was one of the first private providers of higher management education in South Africa. Today, it remains a leading provider of Higher Education and Further Education and Training qualifications. Our flagship qualification, the MBA, has been ranked number 1 amongst private providers of the MBA in South Africa by PMR.africa for three consecutive years (from 2013 to 2015). Milpark Education was recently aquired by Stadio Holdings.

Our Engineering Processes
We are a small IT team, focused on providing exceptional support to the business through bespoke development, integration of products and services, and support of our existing application stack. Each member of the team has a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities. Our dev process is highly agile and very responsive to business needs. We use tools and processes within Visual Studio Team Services to plan, code, integrate and deliver new functionality and resolve issues. In addition to the DEV environment, we maintain a complete UAT environment comprising a fully integrated app stack.
Our Hiring Process
Typically, applicants are required to answer a set of screening questions directly linked to the job requirements of the position. The feedback from the screening questions is used as the first step in our shortlisting process. The hiring manager reviews the shortlist, and then selects applicants who are invited for a panel interview. In some instances, a second interview is arranged if further contact with an applicant is required. Reference checks with previous employers are conducted for applicants who show potential during their interview. This feedback is then assessed along with the interview, in order to select a successful applicant. Once this decision is made, a formal offer of employment is made to the successful applicant.
