Established in 1981, Megafreight has been at the forefront of the freight forwarding and customs-clearing industry in South Africa for more than 40 years. With over 280 employees nationally, we are big enough to deliver and small enough to care.

Although our business operates globally, we remain intrinsically South African. We are also privately owned, with our executives actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. Our branches are located in several South African business hubs, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth) and Paarl.

Who we're looking for

We currently seeking an experienced, reliable and talented full-stack developer with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, who is comfortable working in a Unix-based environment, can write code for both backend and frontend, and has sound knowledge and experience with relational database systems.
