MaxMine, a next-generation operational technology which uses data collected from mobile equipment for advanced analytics and data science. The resultant insights improve productivity and reduce costs of surface mining operations.

MaxMine covers the entire data value chain - we collect the data, analyse and interpret it automatically and distribute insights to enable each person working in the operation to improve their execution. The challenge of supporting this cycle at pace and at scale is one we understand intimately.

Our Hiring Process

We follow a 3 step process:

• Round 1 is a virtual meeting where we get to know each other
• Round 2 is a practical assessment conducted with our Development Manager
• Round 3 is the final interview
