Our interview process is designed to firstly engage with you for a brief 15-minute "coffee chat". We want to know if our passion aligns with yours, if we share the same goals, if our environment can bring out the best in you and most importantly, if you can thrive and follow the journey with us through both the highs and lows. For those that are invited to the second interview, we'll talk about the finer details and things that matter and could to get us off to a rolling start. Finally, we'll need to know if all the talk can be transformed into action and production code. We'll ask you to perform a technical assessment to ensure that you will know what is expected of you and we'll be comfortable in the expectation on what you'll be able to deliver.
