Our Culture

Our tech team is a small team and very focused on cutting out as much fluff between team members as we can - we tend to be fairly direct when we talk as we would rather get to the "getting things done" part of our day. We have a very informal (an overstatement) work environment and appreciate being told the straight truth even if it’s not positive - this makes it easier to fix what is wrong, change what isn't working and make us be more efficient and effective as a team.

Our Hiring Process

First is a call with the dev team. The final interview is with the owner. Leaving the interview you will know where you stand with us. We also have to comply with SLAs and follow due process.
