Opportunity in Business Intelligence Department

SAMAC is seeking a Data Analyst to lead data analysis and statistical reporting across the macadamia industry. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing interactive dashboards, and producing reports that inform strategic, operational, and industry-wide decision-making.

Our hiring process

Our hiring process is designed to identify the right fit - both for SAMAC and you - ensuring that new hires align with our values and contribute positively to our team. Here's what to expect:

1. CV Screening – We review all applications carefully to identify candidates whose skills and experience align with the role and our industry needs.
2. Interview with the COO – Shortlisted candidates meet with our Chief Operating Officer for an initial interview to discuss their background, motivations, and potential contribution to SAMAC
3. Professional & Personal Assessment – Selected candidates undergo a structured assessment, which includes professional competencies as well as a physical/fitness component where relevant.
4. Interview with the CEO – Final interviews with our Chief Executive Officer focus on vision, alignment with SAMAC’s values, and long-term fit within the team
