Our Hiring Process
We believe in our two-phased interview and hiring process. The direct manager performs screening and conducts the first interview. The purpose of the first interview is two-fold: Firstly to test candidates' technical skills and secondly to gauge whether or not the candidate will be a cultural fit.
If all goes well during the first interview, the candidate will be invited for a second interview. The interviewers will confer and compare notes; and if the candidate is successful we will proceed with the relevant checks and extend an offer to the successful candidate.
