Our Engineering Processes

You will be building highly scalable online learning platform

We follow an agile development process. Weekly sprint planning, with daily stand-ups. Working consistently to ensure a weekly deployment cycle

As the platform needs to be highly scaleable, you will be exposed to multiple components that are needed to scale an application

• CDN (Content Delivery Network) configuration - We use separate CDNs inside and outside China.
• Exposure to Amazon web services.

Our Hiring Process

For the first interview you will meet with a member of the HR department and with our Engineering Team Lead, who is based in Cape Town. The second interview would be with our Global Head of Technology, who is based in Amsterdam. Sadly this will be via Skype or hangouts, and we will not be flying you over for the interview :)
