Our Hiring Process

All Liv companies follow a process of matching the candidate to our culture through the use of Shadowmatch. After a culture fit has been completed we try to do a few challenges with the candidates to determine whether they have the problem solving abilities that we require. After the challenge we will have a face to face interview. The whole process will be guided by our team with email and telephone communications.
