Our Hiring Process?
Our hiring process consists of a 3 step process:
1st interview is where we get to find out more about you and what makes you tick. Its also on opportunity for you to find out more about who we are and what we do.
2nd interview is a more technical discussion to get a better understanding of your knowledge and experience. Here we will be asking you technical questions to get a better gauge of your technical capability
3rd interview is a more practical approach to determining your level of expertise.
Once the 3 interviews are complete we will then make a final decision and send an offer letter.
