Our Hiring Process
- Identity the need within the company
- Send out applications
- Interview candidates, and offer aptitude tests to the few short-listed candidates
- We try to keep our team dynamic in mind when in the hiring process (Unity in our team is a big thing for us)
- A second interview, may be a practical one (if they are interviewing for a certain skill/position)
- Final conversation with the chosen person, and a look through the contract
- Onboarding meetings and training on all the areas they may need to have knowledge on.
- Introduction to team members and a time to get to know everyone
- Probation period of 3 month, period will include training where needed and constant available support
