KSoft is a Cape Town (and remote) based software development and consultancy business that provides development and consulting services to its clients in the logistics and credit finance industries.

On the logistics side, we have developed a perishables freight forwarding platform in partnership with our client, a significant player in the South African perishables export industry. The platform enables our client to automate and drive efficiencies into their business processes.

On the credit finance side, our architecture, development and consulting services are provided to an international client that runs a SaaS Credit Decision Engine Platform. The platform is hosted in the public cloud and provides credit decision engine services to major telcos throughout Africa.

Our Hiring Process

Our interview process has the following stages:

• Initial video call with the founder and candidate
• 2nd round technical discussion including Tech Lead
• Junior position might require a technical assessment
• Decision point for offer

How long does our interview process usually take, from first call to offer stage?
