So before we explain what we are, let's tell you what we aren't. Well, Kopano wasn't started by a prolific senator at the turn of the industrial revolution. We sure don't boast about fancy platinum awards and we especially don't enjoy handing out titles for impressive looking business cards (Head of Global Operations anyone?). We also don't employ people to manage other people (i.e. corporate fillers). If that resonates with you, keep reading.
So what is Kopano? It's a full-stack insurance technology company. Ok, and? We provide front- and back-end insurance solutions to local and international corporates, insurers, and brokers (we don't boast). You may have seen our work without even knowing. You got perks? Ye, we've got plenty of those. We'd love to tell you more but prefer to do that face-to-face!
What does it take to get to a face-to-face you ask? We're looking for two mid-level full-stack developer. He or she should be incredible (you want to fit in with our culture, right). That means great university marks, 2 to 3 years of hard labour, a great attitude, and true ambition (changing the world requires all-nighters now and again). The interview process is simple, one interview with the business team, the other with the engineering team - let's not drag this out.
