Our Culture

KMC prides itself in being predominantly black female owned Tech company. This is a distinction that very few tech companies in South Africa hold. We are a home of diversity and young Majestic tech talent where graduates are free to collaborate with company directors. This is why we decided to open our offices in Maboneng. Maboneng is known for its collaborative hub of colourful culture, business and lifestyle. This is what you find when you step into our offices.

Our Engineering Processes

We have a growing number of Majestics which include User Interface Designers, User Experience Analyst, Business Analysts, Full Stack Developers and Quality Analysts. There are currently 16 Majestic consultants and we are still growing. Even though we are toddlers, being around for 3 years, most of the Majestics have international experience and tenure in the industry. They have worked in China, Australia, Uganda, Zimbabwe, United States of America, Brazil and of course our motherland South Africa.

Our Hiring Process

We start off with a quick phone call, nothing to stress just to get to know each other. Next will be an assessment but depending on the role 3-5 days to submit and a quick review with you in person this will normally be 1 hour. The last phase is the interview with our MD.
