What we do

KeyPhase is a company based in Cape Town, South Africa. We developed and operate Link, our cloud-based operational management tool.

We assist organisations throughout the country to automate field management functions, collect data from IoT devices, while providing managers and directors with summarized information on dashboards and reports.

Our current key focus is the Agricultural sector.

Our Culture

If the idea will work, then it's good. We have a strong "can do" approach, and as a young and dynamic team, we find solutions to things others would say is not possible. Everyone in the team is normally busy with seperate pieces of work, but if something goes wrong we are all hands on deck to solve problems and restore services.

Our Engineering Processes

We have our own flavour of agile as our development process which we are constanly maturing. We are normally busy with multiple projects. You will definately need to be able to adjust or change focus on short notice.

Our Hiring Process

Typically we ask either for some of your existing code, or may even request you to build some sample code. We always do background checks and we prefer to contact references. Typically we are not that concerned about what you can currently do - we are more interested in what you are willing to learn.
