Our Hiring Process

• First we'll have chat on the phone, and if we like each other we'll commit to a physical interview date at our offices in Bellville.
• During the interview we're going to want to talk about your code, so we'll do a code review of code you've written yourself. This could be an existing open source project of yours, or we'll provide you with a small pet project to complete for the interview. You'll need to have this ready before the day.
• On the day we'll discuss your career, ambitions and how we fit into that. Then we'll do the code review, solve some problems together and see if we think we can work together.
• If we're happy with each other you'll get a formal offer a couple of days later!
