Our Hiring Process:
For Junior-Mid Level Employees the process generally involves:
- A pre-interview assessment, if successful
-One round interview with the HOD and team members
- Offer if successful.
For Mid-Senior Employees:
- An initial introduction discussion
- Online assessment
-Formal interview + culture fit interview with the HOD and a few team members.
