Hiring process

This will be our first time hiring to grow the team, so we don't have a structure or rigid process in place.

We would start off with a conversation, learning more about you as a person as to an entity with a set of skills - we want to grow as a company, as a product and as a team; knowing more about you and being sure we would be a good place for you to get started we want to make sure you could grow with us.

Some of the things we would talk about could include: past projects or work you've done, learning how you think technically and where your skill level is.

This would also be an opportunity for you to test us and ask more about the team and to see if you would be excited by the day to day.
