Our Hiring Process

1] We have a skype / telephone call to get a feeling for what you are all about, what you're passions are and where you would like to be. We give a brief overview of what we see the role as and schedule a followup with the team included.

2] The team is introduced at our offices, we present you with a business case to expand on. We want to see how you put things together on a high level, how you think and what your strongest skills are.

3] We invite you back to our offices to go over the business case in person, ask some questions and if all is in order we present a contract, a dummy payslip and take it from there.
