At iX, we believe that in the next century, learning won’t just be concentrated on youth, but interwoven throughout a person’s life as they transition across careers and life priorities. Our mission is to build transformational learning experiences that close this gap and give our students the best possible life.
iX's vision is to build a lifelong learning brand with a range of future-focused programs and services. Our current focus is on creating career development programs for high schoolers, university students, professionals, and executives, and partnering with institutions to transform how the world prepares students for the future of work.

Tech empowers humans to be human - The purpose of technology isn't just efficiency. Rather, it's to free us to do the things that only humans can do: connect with each other and bring shared visions to life.
Great design from line 1 - We believe that to have a great product, every single line of code must be expertly crafted. Design isn't something we tack on at the end, but something each engineer is responsible for at every step of the way, every day.
Learning is the only constant - We are voracious learners and generous teachers. We support each other to stay at the cutting edge and spread our expertise and ways of thinking throughout the organization.
Our Hiring Process
Fit is more important than technical expertise. We look for people that are passionate about education and building good products.
- 30-minute technical interview with the hiring manager
- Take-home project (3-5 hours) with a project presentation to the hiring manager
- 1.5-hour career history and culture fit interview.
