Our Engineering Processes

We are pragmatic above all else, we adopt what works in Agile, Domain Driven Design and Microservices Architecture. We move quickly and deploy frequently. Engineering tasks are prioritised on Jira and we encourage devs to take ownership and find simple ways to address complex issues. We document code and write unit tests.
