Intergreatme is a secure, online integration platform that allows you to manage, verify and update your personal information, while also synchronizing with your service providers.

Our Engineering Processes

We are a small team so our engineering process is not one where we apply all the rules of Agile etc. but rather have a more free flow environment.

We typically have shared responsibilities around what we want to deliver in terms of our products. We typically have a few workshops and get the developers to design some technical specifications to ensure that everyone is on the same page. We do not typically develop in sprints, but do require some estimations of how long you think your code will take to be delivered. From there we just check in as necessary, and provide a large degree of autonomy.

The engineering team is very keen to improve how we structure the way we work, and incorporate some new technology into how we do things.

Our Hiring Process

We generally have a three-interview hiring process.

The first interview is more of a get-to-know-you style interview where we might ask one or two technical questions. This would be with the CIO, and our solution architect.

We will then ask you to complete a small programming assignment within a period of time. We will give you feedback to our thoughts on your work.

We will then do an intro to the rest of the team that you will spend most of your time working with.
