Our Hiring Process

Short Written Test Duration: A few hours (in your spare time over the course of a week)

Evaluators: 2 senior members of the relevant team

You will be provided with a short role-specific written test that will need to be completed and returned within a week.

Cultural Interview Duration: 45mins

People present: Co-founder, Team Lead, or Manager

You’ll have an online video interview with one of our co-founders, a team lead, or a manager — with a focus on the cultural fit with our organization.

Written Test Duration: Several hours (in your spare time over the course of a week)

Evaluators: 2 senior members of the relevant team

You’ll be given a more complex task to test your abilities, which you should submit after a week.

Skill-Oriented Interview Duration: 1 hour

People present: A co-founder and 1-2 senior members of the relevant team

Using the written test as a foundation, we’d like to hear you elaborate on your response. After the interview, the interviewers write down their notes independently—again, in order to not influence each other. These notes form the basis for the decision on whether you proceed to the next step, which could involve a second interview.

Final Cultural Interview with Co-Founder Duration: 1 hour

People present: A co-founder

A co-founder will do the final interview with you using your application, your resumé, your 2 written tests and 1 technical interview as a foundation.
